Winchester not slowing down as summer slows to fall

WINCHESTER — Things are looking up in Winchester and there are no plans to slow down as summer transitions into fall.
That’s according to Winchester Civic Group member Bobbi Jo Smith, who said the group — working in tandem with city leaders — has a lot of projects in the works.
